Herbal, Rue and a very sweet finish of ripe plum.
Edward came to coffee farming through his father and grandfather. He graduated as an agro-industrial engineer, and throughout his career he had access to the world of specialty coffees where he learned to cup and learned about many different varieties and coffee processing techniques. After this, he decided to set up his own project called Canta Ranas, a name that comes from the incessant singing of little frogs in the stream that crosses his farm in Santa Isabel, Tolima. This farm has become a small microcosm of specialty coffees, with a broad spectrum of profiles due to the number of varieties planted. We are proud and honored to showcase this extraordinary lot and share ir with all of you.
